Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Ugandan shillings (UGX) and are calculated from your selected options and delivery location before payment. An order is confirmed when payment is verified.

Design and print work

Custom design and print jobs begin after payment and, where applicable, after you approve a digital proof. Once a proof is approved and production starts, colour or content changes may be charged as new work.

Your artwork

You confirm you own or are licensed to use the files you upload. We may refuse jobs that infringe rights or break the law.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative. We will tell you promptly if a delay is expected.

Refunds

Because most work is made to order, refunds are available where we fail to deliver what was agreed or where a product is faulty. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
